Carll Cneut

Carll Cneut is one of Belgium's most renowned illustrators. His first illustrated book was published in 1996, and he has since been published in almost forty countries and received dozens of awards.

Many of Carll's paintings sit in museum and private collections around the world.  He teaches illustration at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Ghent and has been running masterclasses in illustration in Belgium and Italy for many years. In Autumn 2020 Book Island will host Carll's first series of masterclasses in Bristol, United Kingdom.
